developing probabilistic models to characterize cell states and their transitions over time, across various microenvironmental contexts, and in different cancers, such as pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma
Biography
Before joining the program, Chib studied Applied Mathematics - Biology at Brown University. His PhD research focuses on developing statistical and computational models to enhance our understanding of cancer biology, particularly how pancreatic cancer cells respond to varying microenvironments. Outside of research, he enjoys photography and consuming all superhero content.
